REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) provides its members an avenue through which to vote, act and invest across our central Indiana region on behalf of the real estate issues that impact your quality of life and property rights as the political arm working to elect candidates who support your profession and homeownership. Now more than ever, it is critical to invest in RPAC and support REALTOR® Champions. RPAC represents your interests and works to advocate for legislation that helps your business and stops laws that could harm your clients and the real estate industry. RPAC is non-partisan, considering all candidates for support and focusing on where candidates stand on Realtor® issues rather than party affiliation.

Individually, it is difficult to change things. Together, we can influence decisions made throughout central Indiana communities, Indiana, and Washington, D.C.

REALTOR® Party Mobile Alerts (RPMA)

REALTOR® Party Mobile Alerts is NAR’s advocacy texting platform. Mobile Alerts offers REALTORS® a way to stay connected directly from their cell phone or tablet. When a national or state legislative call for action is launched, subscribers get a short text message, containing information to take action.

REALTORS® can sign up for REALTOR® Party Mobile Alerts by texting the word REALTORS to 30644.

Vote.

First and foremost we hope you registered to vote. To register to vote, check your voting status, vote by mail, or find a voting location go to indianavoters.in.gov

Get involved by signing up for REALTOR® Party Mobile Alerts. NAR will send you short text messages when you need to act on important real estate issues.

Make sure you plan to attend IAR Legislative Conference held in January. It’s an excellent opportunity to network, hear legislative briefing and join fellow Indiana REALTORS® for Statehouse visits with your representatives.

Invest.

When you give to RPAC, 70% of your contribution stays at home to support state and local candidates and 30% is sent to the National RPAC to fund key U.S. House and Senate races.

There are several RPAC contribution levels, but the standard ask is a mere $25 and the return on your RPAC investment is substantial! From City Hall to the Statehouse to the U.S. Capitol, our elected officials are making decisions that have a huge impact on the bottom line of REALTORS® and their clients. Through the support of REALTORS® like you, the REALTOR® Party represents your interests!

While RPAC has been successful in advancing the REALTOR® position, there is constantly new legislation being introduced. We must remain strong and ready to assist candidates at all levels that support our point of view. It is imperative that we continue to build on the momentum we have created.
