DR CERTIFICATION SUBMISSIONS
Annually, NAR requires the Designated REALTOR® of each firm to disclose the names of all licensees and officers in the corporation, LLC, or partners in a partnership. This submission is required by February 28, 2023.
Designated REALTOR®: A managing broker and/or appraiser (licensed and/or certified and whom the Indiana Real Estate Commission holds responsible for the actions of the licensees assigned to that managing broker) who has fulfilled membership requirements in RACI, IAR and NAR.

If you are a licensed broker with the Indiana Real Estate Commission (IPLA) follow the steps below.
- Access the IPLA site HERE.
- Enter your license number and hit search.
a) If your agents are listed under your personal license you will see a list of all licensees under your supervision.
b) If your agents are listed under a company license, click the company license under ‘related licenses’ to see a list of all licensees under your supervision as manager of this company.
Use this list to verify agents under your supervision and complete the DR Certification form below (include you as manager).
After completing the steps in the appropriate instructions above, your DR Certification(s) will be complete. All DR Certifications must be submitted by Tuesday, February 28, 2023, to avoid being assessed a $100 fine.

Article VI – Privileges and Obligations
Section 9. Certification by REALTOR®. “Designated” REALTOR® members of the association shall certify to the association during the by February 28 on a form provided by the association, a complete listing of all individuals licensed or certified in the REALTOR®‘s office(s) and shall designate a primary association for each individual who holds membership. Designated REALTORS® shall also identify any non-member licensees in the REALTOR®‘s office(s) and if designated REALTOR® dues have been paid to another association based on said non-member licensees, the designated REALTOR® shall identify the association to which dues have been remitted. These declarations shall be used for purposes of calculating dues under Article X, Section 2(a) of the Bylaws. “Designated” REALTOR® members shall also notify the association of any additional individual(s) licensed or certified with the firm(s) within 30 days of the date of affiliation or severance of the individual.
