MEMBERSHIP DUES & FEES

When you become a REALTOR® with REALTORS ®Association of Central Indiana (RACI), you join a community of over 500 professionals shaping the future of homeownership in central Indiana while building thriving real estate careers on their own terms. RACI membership signals a commitment to the real estate profession, the local market, and going above what’s required as a real estate agent and even as a REALTOR®.

As a REALTOR® you are not only a member of RACI, at the local level, but you are also a member of the Indiana Association of REALTORS® (IAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Your REALTOR® member benefits from local, state, and national levels are designed to support the well-being of your business, your career, your clients, and your life.

REALTOR® MEMBERSHIP DUES

  • Annual membership dues are billed in October and due November 30.

IMPORTANT DATES

October 18, 2021 – 2022 Annual REALTOR® Dues Renewal invoices emailed and available in member accounts.
November 30, 2021 – Renewal deadline for 2022 Annual REALTOR® Dues
December 1 – 31, 2021 – $50 late fee applied to 2022 Annual REALTOR® Dues payments.
January 1, 2022 – Unpaid members are terminated.
January 1-15, 2022 – $100 reinstatement fee applied to 2022 Annual REALTOR® Dues payments.
January 30, 2022 – Designated REALTORS® will be assessed nonmember fees for terminated agents in their office. To avoid this fee, remove the terminated nonmember licensee from your brokerage office by removing his/her license with Indiana Professional Licensing.

Dues can be paid by check or credit card. Pay online by a credit card or electronic check. Checks are accepted by mail or in-person (drop box located to left of front door). Dues and late fees are non-refundable once paid.

MONTHLY TECHNOLOGY FEES

  • RACI technology fees for REALTOR® & MLS Only participants (managing brokers) and subscribers (agents) are billed to managing brokers monthly due 25th of the month. The GrowthZone platform allows subscriber access to their monthly MLS tech invoice. Subscribers (agents) should coordinate payment expectations with their managing broker.

HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL

Dues and fees can be paid securely online through your RACI Member Resource Center. Access the billing section of the Resource Center by choosing ‘My Billing Info‘ and click the ‘Make a Payment‘ button on the ‘Make a Payment‘ tab. Managing Brokers can check Display Related Contacts’ Invoices to access all invoices related to the office account.

Payment for dues and fees may also be made through your emailed invoice. To make your payment, download the attached invoice from the email or from the billing section of the Resource Center and click on the hyperlink to submit payment online. To save your credit/debit card to automatically pay future tech fees/dues payments, click on the check box next to “Use for existing scheduled payments”.

Why do I pay full dues to RACI?

Your membership with RACI automatically extends your membership to the state association (IAR) and the national association (NAR). As your local association, RACI collects for all three associations for your convenience.

When is my payment due?

Annual membership dues are billed in October and due November 30.

What if I am late on my payment?

If your payment is not received by January 1, services will be terminated, including access to the IRMLS listing service. A late fee of $50.00 is assessed for payments made between December 1 and December 31. A reinstatement fee of $100.00 will be assessed for payments made between January 1 and January 15. Payments made after January 15 must include the re-applying fee of $300.00. Offices who hold the unpaid member’s license will be subject to NAR nonmember dues assessment after January 30.

What is the $35 ad fee?

The NAR ad fee is for the marketing of your REALTOR® brand. Current consumer campaign: That’s Who We R.

Must I invest in RPAC?

Investment in RPAC is voluntary. The suggested voluntary contribution may be excluded from payment. CLICK HERE to better understand the importance of investing in RPAC.

Are my dues refundable?

RACI dues are not refundable.

RACI REALTOR® & Affiliate Member Proration:

RACI prorates membership by full months, collecting prorated dues + full following year’s dues from October to December.

RACI REALTOR® & MLS Only Monthly Tech Fees

RACI bills the monthly tech fees for all participants (managing brokers) and subscribers (agents) of IRMLS through RACI due 25th of the month.
